As many as 900 people visited us especially because this was organized during Tokyo Designer Week. Just as previous event, wide range of designers, such as automobile, product, housing, freelance, architect, and cloth, visited the event. They were happy to learn information about new material and technology that inspire the design.

“Digital Meets CMF” is a crossover exhibition of computational design and CMF design organized together with AppliCraft, which deals with application software. This event showed the new possibility of design by different specializations such as architecture, fashion, and product.

We solely organized an exhibition at Aoyama in 2012. 14 companies participated. Despite that it was one day event and the first sole exhibition, approximately 500 people visited. We organized manufacturer presentation and talk session, and conveyed the value of CMF.

We organized a traveling exhibition of Blue Festival 2012 for about a month, and showed to general public instead of specific circles about the KONCENT at Kuramae that is operated as the base for manufacturing by h concept co., ltd. During the event, we organized seven workshops, and designers and manufacturers actively exchanged and shared ideas through CMF design.

Our first exhibition was at Tokyo Designers Week in 2011. It was one of the largest design events in Japan with 90,000 foreign and domestic visitors, and 12 technology companies participated with us. Many visitors appreciated the FGC design samples that inspired the designers, and that demonstrated the potential of CMF design.
